After 20 years this lovely home had seriously bad drywall tape issues- but see the amazing transformation! After removing the failed paper tape-which revealed floppy loose drywall- Frank expertly installed 20 2” drywall screws, then did three coats of a super strong patching compound .After sanding and masking a spray texture was applied and the top coats of new grey satin paint were applied.
The new homeowners were delighted and the walls look great. Do you need expert interior painting in Ladue, MO?

(The issue- 20’ of cracked and puckering drywall tapes in a highly visible and hard to reach spot. Very few screws were installed by the builders- boo!- resulting in loose drywall.)
(The solution- 20 2” screws on each inside corner, after removing old failed drywall tape.)

Then, three top coats of drywall “mud” swiftly dried with fans. Finally, matching the adjacent “orange peel” texture, light sanding and three coats of new grey paint.)
(While shielding the ceiling, three coats of orange peel texture is applied and big fans make quick work of getting it ready for final prep and painting.)

(After three light applications of texture is has dried, it is lightly sanded to blend in with the adjacent texture and pre-painted with a first coat. Then two topcoats of Behr Ultra satin with a built-in primer is skillfully applied).
